Studio Location
The studio is located in the new ground-level retail space adjoining the Henley Place Apartments (10306 SE Main St) in downtown Milwaukie—about 5 miles south of downtown Portland.

When facing the apartment building:
The large garage door marks the entrances to the building.
• 10306 SE Main St — the apartments proper are located to the right of the garage door
• 10304 SE Main St — retail space immediately to the left
• 10302 SE Main St — the studio, the third door to the left of the garage door (far left of the building)

Locals may recognize this area as near the former location of Pietro’s Pizza Parlour.

Parking
Milwaukie offers free, easy parking most days.
• Ample street parking is available.
• Public lots with 2-hour and 4-hour parking are close by.
• The large public parking lot directly in front of the building, accessed from Main Street, is generally the most convenient.

Only during special city events does parking tighten up.

Weather
This is Oregon—please plan for rain.
Bring a jacket or umbrella to keep yourself (and your clothing) dry on the short walk to the studio.

A Note About the Grass
Please stay on the paved walkways in front of the building.
The grassy area tends to collect “dog presents,” and the last thing we want is a surprise before your session.

Arrival Timing
As a courtesy to the session before yours, please arrive on time rather than early.
